Born in Elmhurst, a western suburb of Chicago. Jenny moved to Northern Wisconsin to attend Northland College, graduating in 2000 with a BS in Biology, and an emphasis on fisheries management.  After working for the federal government she settled in Austin, TX where she became a  Veterinary  Technician.  After 6 years there, her husband, 3 boys and she moved to Western Kentucky to be closer to family.  Jenny currently lives on a farm between Eddyville and Cadiz, raising Fainting goats.  They have three dogs; an 8 year old Chihuahua named Felix and two Border Collie puppies named Layla and Dallas.  Some of Jenny's favorite things include Texas Longhorn football, playing outside, her kids, her goats and funky socks.
